How Our Process Works
Initial Consultation
We learn about your project, goals, timeline, and scope. Small repairs may start with a call and photos. Larger projects begin with a more detailed conversation.
Site Assessment & Planning
We review existing conditions, take measurements, and identify design, material, access, HOA, utility, safety, and permit considerations.
Proposal & Scheduling
You receive a clear written proposal based on the approved scope. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, materials, permits, trade partners, and project logistics.
Build, Inspect & Communicate
Our team completes the work with a focus on safety, cleanliness, craftsmanship, and respect for your property. Kevin stays closely involved throughout, with daily on-site supervision.
Walkthrough & Handover
We complete a final walkthrough, address agreed punch list items, clean the work area, and close out the project professionally.
